Dr. Marek M. Michalski

Economist, Busch School of Business

Dr. Michalski is a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow and the University of Stockholm. He completed postgraduate studies in economics at the Catholic University of America and an MBA at Southeastern University. He received a PhD in entrepreneurship and international relations from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Dr. Michalski has taught courses in economic development, business, entrepreneurship, management, and marketing at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and in the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology. Dr. Michalski has worked as an infrastructure consultant at the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development based in London, and on projects under the UN Development Program. He is currently a lecturer at the Busch Business School in Washington, D.C., and at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
